Cancellation Policy
Please email evequalityweb@gmail.com 24 hours prior to your service with a subject of "cancel/reschedule" All 1:1 services will be considered no-show if client does not appear within the first 10 minutes of session, all no-shows will be charged 50% of service price. Cancellations after 24 hour period will be charged 10% of the service purchased. Rescheduling will lead to a termination of appointment and the booking process will restart, appointments will need to be approved again. Services will not be refunded under any circumstance.
